The two Swiss companies recretix systems and AUTHESIS have signed a cooperation agreement to combine their expertise in the fields of internet security, IT service management and IT sourcing. Through the cooperation, customers of both providers have the opportunity to obtain managed and outsourced services as well as security and hosted IT solutions from one source.
